how to dance alone is a performance in which I dance in front of legendary former music venues in various parts of the U.K. The venues are now luxury menswear shops, fancy restaurants, apartment buildings and fast food chains. My iPod plays music from bands and DJs that are associated with the venues, or who became famous through them.

6. The Marquee Club, Soho. Music: Metallica, Prince, Iron Maiden, Bob Dylan, The Clash. Now: Office building.
